– Looks like all three of them watched the first episode of IchiUshi.

– Hikasa laughs at how weird it is to see panty shots with Junko’s fundoshi lol. Aki says it’s would be called “Funchira” rather than “Panchira” and they laugh that it sounds kinda dirty. “Fun” in japanese = poo lol.

– Aoi comments that this is the first time she’s moaned like that so much in anime and she was laughing at that while she watched ahah.

– A listener asks who do the three of them think is the most demon lord like in the recordings and the three of them unanimously agree on “Takahashi Chiaki” “Without needing to say a reason” ahaha.

– They laugh that during the recordings everyone is listening and laughing at whatever Chiaki is saying and how interesting and funny she is :D

– One of the corners have listeners sending in what they think are the evillest lines that can be said and one of them is “Now everyone, this person is going to do something amazingly funny! Watch them and be ready to laugh!” and the three of them wince saying that it happens often to them on events and radio ahahah. Hikasa in particular yells and emphasises the radio part. She’s probably thinking of Momonoki 5 and Nakamura Eriko ahahah.

– They bring in a bowl full of rice even more filled than the first episode lol. Aki’s eating it again ahaha.

– Aki makes a wonderful delicious reaction again lol. They let Hikasa and Aoi eat some of the rice this time though.

Hikasa says she sent a mail to her manager in the morning saying “Where are you? Everyone’s waiting on you!” for April Fools ahaha. Supposedly she got into quite a bit of trouble for that lol.

The three of them laugh at how much rice was given last episode. Yeahh it was pretty much a mountain of rice in a bowl really lol.

– Which character do you think you’re the most similar to:

Aki: “I’d say… Keena. Like the way she talks in her sleep. I’ve woken up because I’ve heard myself laughing in my sleep before.”
Hikasa + Aoi: “……Huh?”

Hikasa: “Hmm I have similarities to Junko but I’d say…. Hiroshi”
Aoi + Aki: “Ahh Hiroshi’s cute~”

– Aoi hears Hikasa call Aki “Akkyo” and tries to follow her by calling her “Akkyo” as well, but is slightly embarrassed and Aki explodes on Aoi saying how cute she was when she called her “Akkyo” with that tinge of embarrassment ahaha <3 Hikasa joins in and they start fawning over her lol.

– Aki encourages Aoi to call Hikasa “Yocchan” as well and they fawn over that as well ahaha.

– I… Think Aoi made a reference to Ganondorf… But I’m not sure lol. She said “Beef Stroganoff” reminds her of another certain demon king, though she refused to say who. Probably Ganondorf.

– When talking about what they want to happen next time they’re on radio, Aoi says that she wants to increase her craziness level lol.

Aki asks Aoi if she’s tired of working on radio with Hikasa and Aki since when the two of them go off on their own tangents she doesn’t quite follow lol. She says that she loves being with the two of them and how energetic they are so she doesn’t want to interrupt them when they’re going crazy lol. The two of them encourage her to join in on their antics when they’re in their own world :D. Speaking of which, timeline wise, this is about 2 months after the latest episode of QwaRaji I’ve listened to, these two are so wonderful <3.

…I’ve got a suspicion that they record two episodes of the radio in each session, especially since their clothing doesn’t change until two episodes after.

Hanazawa comments out of nowhere at the start how cute Aoi’s voice is, and Aoi gets all embarassed ahaha

– They read out a survey taken from their generation on what their childhood dream job was and rank #2 was “Seiyuu” lol, to their surprise.

– One of the corners have the two of them listing 3 colloquialisms and things that they think are important from their generation, Kana’s is normal, but Aoi’s has an internet meme in it ahaha. Kana laughs at how weird Aoi is when she explains her lingo and examples where she would use them ahaha.

When Shaolin gets mentioned Aoi doesn’t know what it is, asking if it’s a type of soccer lol OTL. She thought of that because of the movie Shaolin Soccer and they both liked that movie haha.

– Kana says that Aoi would look good in a Maiko(along the lines of a sorta female classical entertainer ) dress, but Aoi disagrees saying she’d look like a kid dressed up for a coming of age ceremony lol. Kana says that Aoi’s small and cute <3

– Apparently Aoi can’t eat mangoes :O. Kana in turn says she can’t eat “Sunagimo” some kind of chicken gizzard.

– Aoi mentioned that she’s pretended to be Sailor Jupiter while playing pretend Sailor Moon and Kana says she pretended to be Tuxedo mask lol. She wanted to be like Ami though :O.

– Kana talked about how the boys in her middle school were really into Yugioh, and while they were playing the girls stood off to the side and commented “Ah.. How childlike…” Aoi jokingly winces and says she played Yugioh too ahaha. She said that boys would yell to each other in class “OI YOU! IT’S TIME TO DUEL!”.

– Aoi says she played Yugioh throughout high school :D.

The radio seems to be planned in a way that has them doing a whole bunch of activities rather than holding conversations with each other. It’s amusing but they don’t really talk too much about themselves for most of it until the ending talk.

Kana: “Ah it’s the third episode already, I think I’m getting used to this now.”
Aoi: “Getting used to the show, or getting used to me?”

Aoi: “I’ve been told by people that they were pretty surprised by me when they first met me”
Kana: “Well it was kinda shocking at the start”

– Apparently Aoi likes to cook occasionally.

– Aoi says she’s been treated to a lot of meals ever since entering the seiyuu industry and she feels a bit guilty for it. They decide that they need to carry it on and treat their juniors in the future lol.

– Aoi’s never done any part-time work before.

They spent a majority of the episode doing a quiz with each other so I didn’t really write much for this episode =/

The two of them wonder what Capoeira is lol. Aoi asks if it’s a pokemon ahahaha. They start saying “Capoeira!” like a pokemon call :D

Aoi: “I want to go to Venice and go on a gondola tour! When I was talking about my graduation trip with my school mates I yelled out Venice… And they all looked at me funny”
Kana: “Eh? Why? You should just go if you want to”
Aoi: “Huh? …Venice is in Italy you know?”
Kana: “Ahh…”

– Aoi says she’s a big fan of Pokemon lol

– Ao’s sound effects

Aoi: “If I wanted to go out with my friends but I didn’t have my allowance given to me yet I’d be like *dadaan*”
Kana: “Huh? ‘dadaaan’?”
Aoi: “It’s supposed to be that classic shock horror sound effect *sings it properly*”
Kana: “Ah… I see… Whatever, go on”
Aoi: “Ahh! Don’t ignore it! Tease me for it! I love being teased~!”

Lol OTL. Also I have no idea how to say the sound effect that she says. If you’ve played Peggle before it’s the sound effect of the Spooky Ball… That probably doesn’t help does it? OTL.

– Apparently Aoi’s dad is some kind of manager or head director or something. The details were censored out :O.

– Aoi talked about how much she loved her dad and how cool he was a couple of times throughout the episode lol.

Oh they’re celebrating Aoi’s 18th birthday on the show :O. Her birthday is on the 27th of March. Kana comments how steady she is as a person at 18, saying she was really spacey at 18 ahaha. Yeahhh If you’ve seen Kana at 18 the difference compared to her now is huuuge lol.

Radio for the web anime Yutori-chan hosted by Yuuki Aoi and Hanazawa Kana. The name means something along the lines of “Don’t get annoyed by this radio too~”. Episode 0 is a brief 10 minute broadcast with Aoi alone describing the corners and the radio show. Aoi says she was really nervous since she’s doing this on her own, I’m not surprised though, I think this may be the first time she’s done solo radio work.

– Aoi was in the art club during school. She says she loves drawing, and we all know how great she is at it :D

– Apparently episode 0 was recorded just before episode 1, with Kana watching her outside the studio lol

– Aoi had just graduated from high school it seems.

– The two of them mention that they were lots of adlibbing done during the recording of Yutori-chan :O

– Apparently Kana has learnt Aikido :O

Aoi: “That’s really cool!”
Kana: “Yeah, but I wasn’t any good at it, the teacher told me that I should just run away”

– Kana was in the Computer Studies club in middle school :O She said she did absolutely nothing though lol. The biggest thing she did there was learn Microsoft Word.

– Kana’s script has her saying “nyannyan” and Yuuki tells her to repeat it.

Aoi: “This is kinda off topic, but could you say ‘nyan nyan’ one more time?”
Kana: “…nyannyan”
Aoi: “Thats moe. Okay you can continue now”
Kana: “What’s with this conversation…?”

– Aoi says she knows how to program :O Though she’s doubtful that it’ll come into use as a seiyuu lol.

– Aoi tries to pull Kana into gaming haha.

– Kana is allergic to cats and dogs :O

– Kana’s favourite animal is a turtle.

– “Ao-chan you’re a funny person!”

Kana: “Aoi, you’re a pretty funny person!”
Aoi: “Huh? Am I pitiful? *laughs*”
Kana: “Eh? I didn’t say pitiful! *laughs* Yeah, funny!”

– Aoi says she’s a hikikomori, she spends all her free time at home drawing, gaming or on the computer lol.

– Aoi says she really, REALLY loves her work as a seiyuu, and Kana agrees saying that work is fun :D

Aoi: “And I’m much younger than everyone else, everyone spoils me and treats me really nicely!*laughs a lot*”
Kana: *laughs a lot as well*

– Aoi comments that she’s a boke type, and she really loves Kana’s tsukkomis.

Aoi: “We actually make a pretty good combination don’t we?”
Kana: “Yeah we’re pretty in sync”
Aoi: “I’m the type of person who just keeps rolling with the bokes, so your tsukkomis are really great!”
Kana: “Oh, It’s alright for me to tsukkomi?”
Aoi: “Yeah! Be as sharp as you want! In fact I’d be happier if you did!”
Kana: “…You’re quite M aren’t you?”

This is really reminding me of the conversations between Hikasa and Kana lol.

As always the atmosphere was kinda weird at the start since it’s the first time these two have properly had time to talk to one another but they warmed up to each other pretty quickly :D. I’m still really interested in Aoi and her radio work. I love her more with each time I hear her, and her otakuness is wonderful <3. I really enjoyed this episode actually, I might go through the whole thirteen episodes but I’m really overloaded with radio shows right now OTL I haven’t even seen a single IchiUshi radio episode in months lol. We’ll see how it goes.

Guest: Nakamura Yuuichi(for the first half), Nakano Aiko(for the second half)

Radio show for the anime series “Dance in the Vampire Bund” hosted by Yuuki Aoi (Mina Tepes) and Saitou Chiwa (Saegusa Yuki). The radio show was the first radio Yuuki has been the host of and started a couple months before Ichiban Ushiro Daimaou’s radio had and continued parallel until it’s end a month after Daimaou’s had started. This particular episode was about a month before Daimaou’s radio had begun to air.

– The two of them open up the show with “YES YOU-KYAN”, in reference to Nakamura lol.

– Chiwa says she was amused by her taking the younger innocent girl role, Aoi tells her it’s because her voice is cute so it’s fine!

– The two of them tell Nakamura that he’s similar to Akira, to his surprise.

– Aoi tells Nakamura that her impression of him is the same as his character, due to this being the first time she’s worked with him and seeing him represented as his character. Nakamura then says that it was lucky that the first time they worked with each other was this, if it had been one where he played a terrible person, would she see him that way? lol

– Aoi says she thinks Nakamura is cool cause of the stuff she reads about him in magazine interviews lol, he vehemently denies it blaming the effect on the writer lol, You-kyan so cute~

– When asked “Who would you prefer, Mina or Yuki?” Nakamura says “Ahh well.. Vera(the maid/servant/woman working for Mina)” Aoi pretends to get depressed and Nakamura tries to explain himself saying Mina is a bit “dangerous”(*cough* not legal *cough* lol), but he then relents saying “Fine, Mina it is” in an obvious ‘I don’t mean it’ voice lol.
Aoi: “If he says it in that nice a voice I’m happy <3”
Nakamura: “Eh.. I didn’t use a particularly nice voice”
Aoi: “All seiyuu, Chiwa included!, even when not voice acting, all have really nice voices”

– Nakamura says he avoids strong willed women, and Vampire Bund is filled with them lol. “They scare me”

– Nakamura complements Aoi as a seiyuu <3 (But really, he wouldn’t criticise her on radio lol)

– Nakamura leaves and Nakano Aiko comes in.

– When talking about Nakamura, Aiko mentions that she had written a song for his Gundam 00 character “”Graham Aker”. Aoi fangirl squealed at the mention of Graham and Gundam 00 lol

The radio almost always has a guest come onto the show, if I recall correctly only one episode out of sixteen had no guests appearing. With this said though, Nakamura is the first, and last, of the cast to come on to the show, all the other guests have been staff members such as the script writer and composer as well as the OP and ED singers. In fact Nakano Aiko comes on the show for the majority of the episodes at about eleven times over the sixteen episodes.

Also I’m not sure if I’ve said this before, but Nakamura Yuuichi is like my favourite male seiyuu <3

Radio for the anime series “Ichiban Ushiro Daimaou”. The name is a mesh of puns, firstly “Ichiban Ushiro” is straight from the anime itself, “Mugendai” means infinity, and is probably a reference to the OP, REALOVE:REALIFE’s lyrics, while “RajiOu” is a merge of “Radio + Ou(king)” combining them all to get “DaiRajiOu”. Yeah it’s still complicated but whatever.
The show is hosted by Soga Keena’s Toyosaki Aki, Korone’s Yuuki Aoi and Hattori Junko’s Hikasa Youko and airs fortnightly for only 8 episodes. The final four episodes all have different guests coming on to the show, starting with Itou Shizuka then to Kondou Takeshi –> Takahashi Chiaki and ending with Hirohashi Ryou.

– Aoi had brought a home baked cake to the anime recording for everyone to eat, seems like during valentines she brought chocolates for everyone as well :O How wonderful <3

– Aki tells Aoi that if Hikasa and Aki are getting too carried away that she’s free to tell them to shut up lol.

– A listener asks if they’ve taken the very back seat in school before, Aoi says she hasn’t saying that whenever she wanted to, the teacher wouldn’t let her because she was too short lol. Aoi is about 145 cm if I recall correctly. Now that I think about it, the height difference between her and Aki is about 25 cm lol.

Aoi: “The teacher said I wouldn’t be able to see from back there but I argued with him saying ‘I’ll do my best to grow!'”
Hikasa + Aki: “What? Grow??”
Aoi: “You know how when people are put in a tough situation they’ll do their best to overcome it!”

Lol Aoi, I don’t think it works quite that way =P

– Aki took the back seat quite often, even though it was decided by lottery :O

– Aoi says that she’s the same height as her mum and wears similar everyday clothes to her so from behind people can’t tell which is which lol.

– Aki says that recently she’s been getting up early and cooking a really traditional japanese breakfast every morning for herself, to which Hikasa says “Oh! :O I want to make you my wife. Number one cohort for being my wife!”

– The staff brought in rice due to Aki’s character’s love of rice, to Hikasa(false?) and Aki’s delight, Hikasa then gives up on the charade and says ” What in the world’s up with this radio? You’re giving us rice out of nowhere?!” Ahaha.

– Aki starts eating the rice lol, and she does a cooking style type reaction to the wonderfulness of the rice OTL

Aki: “I feel like dancing! No! The rice is dancing inside my mouth!”

Apparently the other two weren’t allowed to eat the rice, to their disappointment.

– Aoi comments that Korone says a lot of complicated words in her jokes that she doesn’t understand, and she wants to look them up in the dictionary. For those who haven’t seen the anime, these “complicated words” are perverted terms and colloquialisms lol.  Aki and Hikasa tells Aoi not to look them up, for her own good lol, saying that they need to protect her from this stuff ahaha.

Aki seemed like she genuinely enjoyed eating the rice alone lol.

Guests: Shintani Ryouko and Yuuki Aoi

Yuuki Aoi and Shintani Ryouko comes to guest for their second time a week after their previous guesting. Once again they only stay for the first half, with the second half continuing with the two hosts alone.
Before the show had started, Aoi had written on her blog that she wanted to at least once try acting far more energetically in the vein of an idol on the radio for fun, so Shintani, obliging with her request had them start off with really high voices and uber energetic “Hello Everyone!! This is Murasaki’s Seiyuu Yuuki Aoi!! Yay!!!” YAY!!!” etc. lol.

– Aoi introduces herself as “16 years old, still a fresh young high school student!” with Shintani following her going “Same here!” They laugh and Shintani then quietly murmurs “…Sorry, I lied” ahaha

– Asami gets swept along with the energy and joins in lol, and regrets it right after ahaha.

– When Kuroda hears the reason why Aoi had started off the radio so energetically he says “Well at least Aoi-chan can still pass for that… *looks at Shintani who had done it with her*” ahaha

– Aoi says she enjoyed doing the deredere Murasaki scenes more than the serious Murasaki ones.

– Aoi says that when she’s talking with her friends at school, the conversations are similar to the otaku ones she has with Shintani, to which Shintani wishes she could come along lol.

– The show is infamous for how much dirty material Kuroda spouts during the show lol and a listener sends in a mail asking if it’s okay for Aoi to guest there.
Mail: “Yuuki’s only 16, is it okay to come as a guest?”
Asami: “It should be okay. She came last week and nothing happened”
Kuroda: “Yeah well, if I keep myself in check it’s all good, I don’t want Aoi-chan to come to hate me now~ <3”
Aoi: “I’ve prepared myself for anything so you don’t have to mind me!”
Shintani: “Ahh so cute~ <3”

– Aoi’s nickname at school is “Aa-San”

– Apparently Sawashiro Miyuki was the first person to call Aoi “Ao-chan”.

– Aoi is known to talk about how much she loves her father, and when she does it here Kuroda asks her if she’ll become his daughter lol.

– Listener sends in mail about a bad habit of his dad’s where he comes out of a bath fully naked, even when his friends or girlfriend is over.
Kuroda: “Well maybe he has confidence in his… Y’know. Wait I’m not supposed to be saying this stuff today aren’t I?”
Aoi: *giggles*
Asami: “I’m not gonna follow you up on that.”
Lol Aoi so enjoys it~

The two guests leave and radio continues on to it’s popular and infamous corner, the dirty material corner where they are given a phrase or word, and they talk about what it’s a euphemism to lol. Things like Kuroda describing very elusively what a “Pole” would mean on a man to the poor, oblivious Asami while the staff laughs loudly in the background and such happenings, but I’m not gonna cover that ;)
